The service

We provide website design and development, as listed in the packages on this site (Basic, Business, Pro, and Online Store).

Payment

Fifty percent is paid in advance to start the project. The remaining fifty percent is paid before the website goes live.

Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines start once we have received your content and your advance payment. The 7 day timeline applies to the Basic package. Larger packages take longer, as quoted to you before we start.

Domain and hosting

Domain and hosting are billed separately, once a year, at cost, and quoted to you before you pay anything.

Revisions

Revisions are included within the scope agreed at the start of the project.

Ownership

Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once full payment is received.

Cancellation

Either side may cancel before work starts, and the advance is refunded in full. Once work has started, the advance covers the work already done and is not refundable.

Governing basics

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
